We use blockbuster, and they've changed the terms of our deal a couple of times already. I think when we started it was $14.99/month, we got three at a time, and could exchange an unlimited amount in-store. To have that same level now would be $34.99. We pay $19.99 for 3 at a time and 5 exchanges per month. They sort of just placed us there as the changes took place. We're actually getting more movies than we need. We're thinking of downgrading and making it cheaper. I'd love to see whatever contract they're working off of that allows them to change the agreement whenever they choose. I don't think your average person would try to do anything about such a change because your damage is only a dollar or two per month, but it's definitely something that's slanted against the consumer. It would make a nice class action for someone to bring.

We use netflix. 2 at a time, unlimited, and we get our money's worth.
When we started we also would receive the Blu-ray version of the DVD if it was available, this cost an extra $1/mo. Definitely worth it, most all new movies come to our house in blu-ray form.
About two wks ago they upped the blu-ray option to $3.
I almost cancelled, but it's only two more dollars. If they do this a couple more times we'll probably cancel, if it gets to around $20.
